Work

Building meaningful connections between people and brands.

What really gets me excited is the opportunity to create meaningful connections between people and brands through real-time, relevant, intuitive experiences.

Let's start by looking at some recent work.*

 * This is not an exhaustive list. It represents my approach to user experience design, and it's impact on the consumer and brand.

In my 15+ career, I have focused on crafting the vision and strategy for user experience design and product development for some of the world's most iconic brands, like Yahoo!, L'oreal , Toyota, Mitsubishi, UCLA, Franklin Templeton, and Adobe.

I have been leading and motivating multi-disciplined user experience teams, and am passionate about driving innovation through user-centered design.

What has remained the same across time and a diverse range of work and brands is my philosophy:

Good Design is Invisible

Good design is intuitive. It's focused on how people engage. Using content, creative and data-driven insights can create meaningful moments with audiences and, ultimately, build a more connected brand.

Simple is Good

Each project demands the same: How to build something simple and beautiful that engages and inspires action. How to craft experiences that use storytelling to build a connection.

UX + Technology

In today’s New, (Non) Mad-Men Era, the most effective partnership is between Experience Design (inspired by Design Thinking) and Technology. This collaboration is what sparks smart, innovative thinking and successful projects.
